Cancellation Package

- Cancellation Protection: Reimbursement of cancellation fees if you do not travel. No deductible!
- Trip Interruption Protection: The full trip price if you interrupt your trip within the first half of the trip (maximum within the first 8 days). Within the second half of the trip (from the 9th day onwards), the pro-rata cost of the unused travel services. No deductible!
- Extra Return Trip Protection: Reimbursement of costs incurred during an unscheduled return trip.

A cancellation case has occurred
Please send the following documents by email to reiseleistung@hansemerkur.at
- Your insurance certificate (policy)
- Your booking confirmation
- Your cancellation invoice
- Your completed damage report incl. IBAN/BIC
- and proof of the insured event (e.g. a medical certificate)
